Service Price Promise

Here at Pat McDonnell Paints we are all about pleasing you, our customer. We aim to provide the highest level of customer care possible. When it comes to pricing we believe in total integrity. Therefore, if you find another authorised paint supplier offering a lower price for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions, we are happy to lower our price to match.

While we will attempt to deliver our Price Promise there are a number of exceptions where it will not apply.

These include:

1. Where the other authorised paint supplier is in receivership or in the process of being wound down or selling ‘clearance items’
2. Where the other authorised paint supplier does not have a physical presence i.e. is online or mail order only
3. If the price is calculated on a single product where the offer or promotion from the other authorised paint supplier is based on a multiple purchase (e.g. 3 for 2, buy one get one free, buy one get one half price, multi-buy etc.)
4. The Price Promise does not apply to credit sales or other paint retailers i.e. offer applies to end users only
5. Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pat McDonnell promotion, discount or coupons

Pat McDonnell Paints reserve the right to review and alter this policy at any time. The decision of Pat McDonnell Paints is final.
